Prenatal and Postnatal Services

You're pregnant and your care provider recommended some exercise, but you're not sure where to begin.  Well, you've come to the right place!  Yoga is one of the most frequently recommended forms of exercise for an expectant person. Whether you have an established practice or are trying yoga out for the first time, I'd love to help you find a routine that brings you courage, confidence and some much needed relaxation during your pregnancy. 

Each 75 - 90 minute class is themed around a pregnancy topic to encourage and inspire you as you carry that tiny bundle of joy during your birthing journey. 

 

Each class includes:

  • a gentle warm up

  • frequent resting pauses

  • motivational and informative readings

  • toning flows to prepare the  body for birth

  • restorative finishing poses

  • optional neck and head massage

 

I'm happy to choose a topic or custom design a class around questions and concerns you may have about pregnancy and birth.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity to relax  and rejuvenate during your pregnancy!

An individual Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga session costs $75 and
lasts 75 - 90 minutes every second Saturday of the month.

Payment must be received prior to receiving services.
