Working in mental health has provided me an opportunity to examine the human condition. I believe it is important to combine body work with mental health therapy through a variety of modalities. There are many pieces to the bigger picture. Providing an atmosphere that encompasses something for everyone to progress in their individual journey to wellbeing has been my dream and guiding post. Yoga and Reiki have been ways for me to bridge the gap between mental health and physical well-being as a therapist and as a trauma survivor. I believe it is important to listen to what our bodies tell us and to never push oneself beyond your edges. While our services do not offer a cure, they are a means to serenity and peace of body, mind and spirit.”

Aaron Cassada, RYT 200
Aaron has been a student of yoga since 2017 when he found the practice rehabilitating towards an old sports injury while considering alternative approaches to surgery. Intrigued by the body’s potential to heal itself naturally, Aaron began trading his gym bag for a yoga mat every chance he could. Additionally, this practice resulted in a settling of the anxious mind, which continues to keep Aaron committed to his daily yoga practice. After several years of practicing and completing multiple 200-hour YTTs, he met his teacher, Todd Geiser, and began practicing the Yogastha Sadhana method. Since practicing with his teacher and completing countless hours of 1-on-1 teacher training, Aaron received authorization to teach Yogastha Sadhana. Teaching from personal transformation, Aaron offers a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to developing the mind-body relationship through a grounded, alignment-focused practice that is accessible to anyone on the yoga path. While diligently continuing his yoga studies, Aaron also enjoys walking his dog Nala at the park and learning ways to be more resourceful at home (especially in the kitchen).
