Starting in June!!! "Be mindful of the information you ingest, whether mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc. It becomes who you are." ~Namaste, Shelly Join me in learning a variety of ways to approach your health every two weeks. This educational class will support you on your personal journey of self-discovery, health and wellness. You will learn about Ayurveda, conscious eating, yoga, meditation, and more. You will learn to create more balance as we focus on the seven dimensions of wellness: social, emotional, occupational, intellectual, environmental, spiritual, and physical. Each session you will be introduced to a new topic related to health and wellness, bringing Eastern and Western medicine perspectives together. Societal conditioning focuses on reacting to sickness instead of focusing on wellness. This could cost one individual over $12,000+ per year managing chronic illnesses due to lack of proactive care and a one size fits all mentality that ignores the individual. What would you pay to gain better insight into wellness? Each session costs $20. Attend every session or schedule whenever this fits for you. Please have a journal or notebook handy and wear comfortable clothing. This class is facilitated by Shelly Werts, LCSW, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healing Facilitator, Yoni Steam Facilitator, and Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator.
