Yoga

Cost of a single class is $12

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to pay for and settle into class

  • If you are a first time student fill out waiver form located in Mindbody registration login.

The benefits of yoga include but are not limited to

What to wear 

 Please wear comfortable clothing that is loose fitting, light and comfortable.  Please ensure clothing is appropriate and tasteful.  No see-through clothing and no holes in clothing that would be revealing.  This is a family friendly environment.   

 

Expectations 

 Be prepared for class.  Class will generally start on-time, so please come early enough to set up. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, strap, blanket, and blocks.  We have these supplies as well.   

Suggestions 

 Allow enough time for your body to digest.  Practicing yoga on a full stomach can be very uncomfortable, can hinder your ability to complete the poses, can create excess gases running through your system when completing twists, and can be counterproductive to practicing yoga as digestion requires energy.  Generally, allowing three hours after a large meal and one hour after a light meal will be sufficient.  If you have dietary needs related to blood sugar levels, please be mindful and take care of yourself. 

Precautions and medical concerns

Please discuss with your medical provider any concerns you may have about practicing yoga if you have any medical or physical ailments that may not be suitable for attendance.  You are ultimately responsible for your health and well-being. Some individuals with chronic medical concerns may be unable to attend or may have to significantly modify poses when attending classes.  Please make sure we are aware of any medical concerns you may have and instructions from your medical doctor in writing should you have any life threatening illnesses.   

 

 

Health Coaching Class

This weekly livestreaming class is a virtual course with Gigi Santiago, Ayurveda Consultant and RYT Yoga Instructor, that will focus on integrating diet, nutrition, self-care, meditation, emotional bliss and much more.


Each week will focus on aligning you with your yoga off the mat:

*Sacred daily routines
*Kitchen prep for weekly nutrition
*Enlightened nutrition & strengthening immunity
*And More

Substance Abuse Group

Our group is focused on meeting and welcoming you, where you are in your journey to recovery. Perhaps you have recently begun or completed AA, or perhaps you are currently attending a medication assisted recovery program and looking for the next step in recovery, and working hard to ensure your recovery remains strong. Our group is focused on allowing you to be heard, improving recovery by gaining new skills, examining your journey in recovery, providing shared insight and experience to sharpen your focus and inspiration to make change allowing you to feel closer and stronger than ever before in your journey.

We use a variety of tools including- mindfulness, compassion focused psycho-education, skill building focused on improving interpersonal communication, relapse prevention and coping strategies.

This is an adult only group that meets weekly from 7:30-8:30 PM on Tuesday evenings. Space is limited to 10 and registration to attend is required. Each session is $20 per week and is private pay only. Cost of each group series covers materials, resources, and time. There are no refunds for partial attendance. Payment is required prior to attendance for each session. Please arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in and getting settled.
