Yoga Classes are $13/class teens
and adults.  (10 Class pass is $115)

Beginners Yoga:  This class is an invitation to return to the beginner's mind and open to most abilities from beginner to expert with a focus on taking a journey through the poses of yoga. This class will offer in-depth instruction in poses as well as a variety of modifications.

Gentle Yoga:  Gentle yoga offers a beginner friendly class that is a slow paced practice combining gentle movement, stretching, breath work, and meditation that is accessible to most students.

Kaula Tantra Yoga: Kaula Tantra yoga is a gentle, beginner-friendly style of yoga that is which brings about a deep sense of embodiment. It is a perfect way to unwind from stress and slow down, recenter yourself, and allow your self to truly, completely relax. The practice will usually begin with some gently standing postures before moving to a floor series with several guided relaxations. 

Meditation Class:  Running to-do lists, worries, and the chattering mind creates an unsettled beginning to the day and the week. Join us for Meditation class to start your weekend off on the right foot. Meditation cultivates better attention, calm, happiness, and better ability to manage stress. In this class you will be guided in meditation, connect with and ground into your body, and settle into quiet serenity. Please wear comfortable clothes and something to write with. This class is open to all levels, either seated on the floor or in a chair, and no yoga mat is required. Please bring a journal and something to write with.

 

Slow Flow and Unwind Yoga:  Move through a flowing  sequence of poses linked to the breath for the first half of class and melt into gentle relaxation poses during the second half. Class may occasionally include guided visualization. A great way to have it all in one class to end the day. Some yoga experience is encouraged.  All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga:  This class is a balance of strengthening and stretching, with a focus on linking movement and breath. A great way to energize your morning. Open to all levels.

Yin Yoga:  Yin Yoga helps you move into a deeper connection with your body through holding yoga poses to access the deeper connective tissues. This will increase flexibility both in mind and body while addressing how stress impacts your mind, body and spirit. This practice gives you time to turn inward, meditate or experience mindfulness.
