Service Description

Join us for this two-hour blissful experience, co-led by Shelly Werts.  Shelly will guide you in a gentle yin restoration yoga sequence connecting you deeply to your body and breathe, and then guide you with Sound Bowl Healing frequency. Registration is limited to 8 participants and cost is $40 per person. There are no refunds for this event.  Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to event and you will receive a credit toward another event or the same event when scheduled again in the future.  No-shows/No-calls will not receive a refund or credit.  Please contact owner for any questions or concerns at lotuswellness123@gmail.com Please register at least 4 hours prior to the event and wear comfortable clothing.
