Service Description
This meditation class is in person and offers a variety of benefits, from stress reduction and improved focus to increased emotional well-being and a deeper understanding of oneself in a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect and restore balance. This class blends science and spirituality to make meditation approachable and meaningful. Each session includes a brief teaching on the mind-body connection, a guided meditation practice, and simple tools you can use in daily life for stress relief, emotional balance, and inner growth. No prior experience is needed - just show up as you are.

Cancellation Policy
Space is limited to 10 students. Please respect time and space: registration is required at least one hour in advance. There are no walk-ins allowed. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early as doors are usually locked during classes, and class starts on time. If you no-show/no-contact or cancel within the hour of class starting, you will be marked as present.
